My apologies for losing the Feb 2007 minutes. I overwrote this file with the October 2007 minutes, then UPLOADED it, which lost the online version, so it is permanently gone (because just recenly I've switched computers and no longer have the old NABA backup files. Plus I DELETED the naba site YESTERDAY from my portable drive to make room for something else!
