On Saturday, April 13 the Mass Butterfly Club trip to the Sherborn Power Line in Sherborn MA had more people (14) than butterflies (4-5), but that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing! With scarce butterflies, we began paying attention to other things (birds, trees, etc.). In addition, as if by magic, Rosemary produced a red-bellied snake from under a rock! But we’re happy to report that our overall plan, using up all the slightly-too-cool days of the season early, is well under way!
