Butterfly Counts

 Things to REMEMBER…

•         A processing fee of $3.00 is charged to all participants over 12 years of age. (12 and under are free.)

•         Be Sure to BRING ALONG…

•         Water and lots of other liquids

•         Bug repellent - an ounce of prevention...

•         Loose, comfortable clothing

•         Long pants - shorts may be OK in some of the more urban counts - consult your count leader

•         Hat

•         Bandana or scarf

•         Sturdy walking shoes (mud boots may be necessary for some areas - consult the count leader)

•         Snacks and picnic lunch

•         Close-focusing binoculars (optional)

•         Camera with macro function (optional)

•         Field guides (optional)

•         and most of all .... A desire to have FUN and LEARN!
